Chiropractic care, region by region.

Hands-on care, explained in plain words.

"You should leave every visit knowing what we did and why."

I became a chiropractor because I wanted to help people understand their own bodies. Every visit starts with listening: what hurts, when it started, and what you want to get back to doing.

From there I'll examine how you move, explain what I find, and suggest a plan with a clear end point. Some patients feel better in a few visits; others prefer regular maintenance. You choose.

Over 16 years in practice in the UK and the UAE, my main approach has been the Diversified technique: precise, hands-on adjustments that restore movement to joints that have stiffened. If you'd rather not be adjusted by hand, I use low-force instruments and soft-tissue work instead.

Questions people ask.

Most people feel relief or nothing at all. Some notice mild soreness for a day, similar to after exercise. If you'd prefer not to have manual adjustments, I use low-force instruments and soft-tissue techniques instead.

It's gas released from the fluid inside a joint when it moves, the same as cracking your knuckles. It isn't bones moving out of place, and it isn't needed for treatment to work.

No. You can book directly. If anything in your assessment suggests you need imaging or a different specialist, I'll refer you.

Yes, with appropriate positioning and gentle techniques. Let me know how far along you are when you book.

A first consultation is AED 500, and treatment and follow-up visits are AED 550 each, excluding VAT where applicable. Packages of visits are also available; ask me on WhatsApp and I'll explain the options. I work on a pay-and-claim basis, so you can claim from your insurer with the receipt I give you.

I work on a pay-and-claim basis: you pay at your visit and I give you a detailed receipt to submit to your insurer for reimbursement. I don't bill insurers directly. Cover for chiropractic varies between policies, so it's worth checking with your insurer before your first visit.

Mainly the Diversified technique, one of the most widely used methods in chiropractic. It uses precise, hands-on adjustments to restore normal movement to stiff joints in the spine and elsewhere. I combine it with soft-tissue work, mobility exercises and posture advice, and use low-force instruments for anyone who prefers a gentler approach.

It depends on what we find. You'll get a clear estimate at your first visit, and we review progress regularly so you're never in an open-ended plan.
